Come on in and get comfy. A Home Page used to be a list of links to your favorite locations (aka Bookmarks). As things have gotten more complicated, I use it to be a launchpad to many of my other accounts, as well as have unique content. A lot of my "old" site is now hidden from view except for Google searches or Waybackmachine.
Over many years I have "established turf" on many services. Many more I signed up for and forgot. Social media bred more social media and sites to monitor your social media influence. And it is not getting any simpler.
